For small manufacturers and shops

AI for small manufacturers and shops

Work instructions often live in binders and PDFs nobody opens. A Business Brain turns them into a floor assistant that answers with the step and the page, and new hires learn from the same pack.

Examples

What it looks like for small manufacturers and shops

  • "What's the torque spec for the part 14 fixture?" It answers from your setup sheet, with the page.
  • "How do we changeover line 2?" It gives your steps, in order.
  • "What do I check before shipping an order?" It lists your quality checks.
The assistant answers from your documents. Safety-critical steps stay with your supervisors and your written procedures.

What published research shows

Questions

Before you start

Do our binders need to be digital first?

No. With the Install, we work from scans, photos and short screen or phone recordings of the job.

Where does the floor assistant run?

In a tool you already have, such as Microsoft Copilot or a ChatGPT or Gemini business account, on a shared screen or phones.

What about customer drawings and specs?

The Safe AI Kit sets the rules, and the Business Brain only includes what you approve.

Can it train new hires?

Yes. The same pack answers their questions, and the workbook's process pages double as a training checklist.
