Does it use our documents to train AI?

It runs in your business Microsoft or Google account under that account's data terms. The setup guide shows where to check those terms and the settings to turn on before you start.

How do I know an answer is right?

Every answer cites the document and page, so anyone can check it in seconds. It's set up to say when the documents don't answer the question.

Is it legal advice?

No. It finds and quotes what your documents say. Decisions stay with you and your advisers.

What about the on-site version?

For offices that can't use a cloud account at all, we quote a version that runs on your own hardware. Ask for a written quote.

Which plan do I need?

A business Microsoft 365 plan with Copilot, or Google Workspace with Gemini. The setup guide lists what to check on yours.
